China exported 0.72 million tonnes of coke and semi-coke in July, dipping 1.37% from the month prior and 34.55% from the year-ago level, according to the data from the General Administration of Customs on August 8.
The value of exported coke and semi-coke rose 19.94% year on year and 27.38% month on month to $180.63 million in July, translating into an average price of $250.88/t, up 79.32% from a year ago and 29.15% from a month ago, showed the data.
The exported coke and semi-coke from China decreased 17.7% on the year to 4.82 million tonnes over January-July, with total value up to $1.24 billion, skyrocketing 78.0% from a year earlier.
